The University owns and operates an apartment complex exclusively for University of Maryland students, known as Pascault Row. The Pascault Row apartments are in eight historic row houses that were completely renovated in 1982. In all, the 80 units can accommodate 88 residents. Efficiency and one-bedroom apartments are single units. Two-bedroom apartments are shared by two roommates.

Each apartment is furnished and carpeted, has a private bath and is equipped with a compact kitchen unit consisting of an electric range, oven, and a sink with a garbage disposal. A full-size refrigerator is included in each apartment. Heating and air conditioning operate by individually controlled energy-efficient electric heat pump system. Utility costs are included in the housing rate. Laundry facility and vending lounge are located in the basement. Children and pets are not allowed. Housing rates are competitive with those for comparable housing in the area, making Pascault Row a popular choice for University of Maryland students.
