The Mission of UMB Housing is to complement and support the academic experience of the diverse community of scholars who are members of our professional schools and interdisciplinary graduate school by providing on-campus housing options that are affordable, safe, and conveniently located.

Pascault Row Apartments
The Pascault Row Apartments are in eight historic row houses located on West Lexington Street and provide residents with a true Baltimore living experience. Fayette Square Apartments
Fayette Square combines the best features of luxury apartment living with all the essential elements for today's sophisticated scholar, all within steps of University’s of Maryland, graduate schools. You'll also be a short walk from the famed Inner Harbor, Oriole Park at Camden Yards, Lexington Market, and right in the middle of Baltimore's new cultural hub, the Westside Renaissance District.
